DAN CRAIG
VIDEO COORDINATOR/PLAYER DEVELOPMENT COACH
Dan Craig enters his ninth year with the HEAT and his first as Video Coordinator/Player Development Coach. In his current position, he is responsible for preparing scouting tapes for pre-game, in-game and post-game activities for the team and coaching staff as well as spending countless hours on the court working with individual players in developing their game. Craig spent the prior five seasons as the HEAT’s Video Coordinator after joining the team in the summer of 2003. Craig originally joined the organization as an intern in the video department before being promoted to Assistant Video Coordinator in the summer of 2004. Prior to joining the HEAT, Craig had a brief stint as a graduate assistant at Bloomsburg University. Throughout the summer months of 2000-04, Craig served as a basketball camp counselor for the Five-Star Basketball Camp, the Boston Celtics Basketball Camp, the Providence College Team Camp, the Merrimack College Basketball Camp, Plymouth State College Basketball Camp, the Raising Expectations Basketball Camp and also directed the Chelmsford Basketball Camp. Craig is a graduate of Plymouth State University, where he graduated with a degree in marketing. He also played basketball for Plymouth State from 1999-2003 and was named co-captain during his junior and senior seasons. |
